We matched on Tinder, and what started as casual messages quickly became something real, despite Kerry’s spotty texting and Alex’s move-in chaos. Alex was happily surprised when Kerry made time during a hectic week, and Kerry was just as surprised that Alex prioritized it.

Our first date was a relaxed walk through Alta Plaza Park, followed by light bites before Alex headed to improv class. Alex was delighted to learn Kerry has a pet snake, and Kerry was equally intrigued by Alex.

On our second date, Alex brought a book of questions to spark conversation at the bar, which Kerry loved.

By the third date Finn and Holly joined us and had their first run around through the redwood grove in the Presidio. By then we knew we had a special connection.

Four years later, we are so excited to get married in Half Moon Bay on May 22, 2027.
